Newsletter Helps Chase Build Client Partnerships
THE CLIENT: JPMorgan Chase is the world’s largest Visa card issuer and the credit card partner of hundreds of leading companies, universities, and nonprofit organizations, such as United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Disney, Marriott Hotels, the National Geographic Society, and the American Kennel Club.
THE CHALLENGE: The company needed a creative way to keep senior executives at its partner organizations up to date on business trends in the co-branded credit card industry, creative marketing ideas and opportunities, partner profiles and customer testimonials, enhancements to its customer service program, and product launches for new card products.
