New Recruitment Kit
Helps Attract Top Attorneys
THE CLIENT:
Benesch LLP is a leading business law firm serving clients from offices in Cleveland, Columbus, Philadelphia, Wilmington, and Shanghai.
THE CHALLENGE:
Benesch wanted to recruit high-caliber attorneys who share the firm’s passion for the law, commitment to excellence, and dedication to clients. Benesch turned to Gianfagna Strategic Marketing for creative services to develop professional recruitment materials that would help outstanding potential associates become more familiar with the firm and entice them to talk with Benesch.
THE GIANFAGNA SOLUTION:
The Gianfagna marketing and creative team developed a distinctive recruitment kit with an attention-getting brochure and inserts that present the many reasons why Benesch is the best career choice for great lawyers. The brochure complements the firm’s “I am Benesch” advertising campaign by asking the question, “We are Benesch. Are You?” The graphic design of the unique, wrap-around cover features a die-cut triangle that mirrors the Benesch logo. The design also included a pocket at the back of the brochure with inserts that detail the firm’s culture, commitment to diversity, community activism, and more.
In addition, Gianfagna partnered with Glazen Creative Studios to create a dynamic, fast-paced video for the Benesch website and distribution on DVD that captures the Benesch experience through interviews and testimonial statements from Benesch attorneys and management.

The Benesch recruitment campaign was among the reasons cited by the judges of Marketing the Law Firm who recently ranked Benesch number three in the nation for effectiveness in law firm marketing communications.
